A promise from the EVIL Empire of the USA is worthless! Ask the Native Americans if the treaties we made with them have ever been upheld. We are still trying to steal land from them. Ask a military veteran if the promises made to them are being kept. We just broke a treaty with Iran. You can't believe promises made by liars. Look at how grossly they lie to their own citizens.
