Cop Shoots Black Man In The Back Seven Times

I agree with what the Rational National says. If these men do not have the moral character to know that shooting an unarmed man in the back is EVIL, then no amount of training will change that. They should be charged to the full extent of the law but at a minimum they should never be allowed to carry a gun again.
