Those who profit from your labor do not give a damn about your quality of life or the risk that it puts your life in. They want two days of work from you for every one day of work that they are entitled to. I worked as a truck driver and lived sleep deprived my entire career with the exception of the first three jobs I had. And two of my first jobs were union jobs, back in the day when unions were not completely corrupted. I've been retired for 16 years now and my sleep patterns are still not normal because of the abuse I endured just trying to keep a job!
