Deposition of Joseph Joffrion who does not know the law when he arrests ...Completely unqualified for this job. He does not know what he made an oath to uphold or what the details of that document are! He has complete contempt for the whole process. This is the kind of scum that we want out of the police force! This bully does not need to be in any job that would give him any kind of authority over other people.
