Build garden platforms over the slides so food can be grown by the residents to be used in a buffet style restaurant where residents can eat for free or at prorated rates. Maybe use color coded apartment keys that shows what rate to charge for meals. Give the residents the jobs needed to maintain the building, janitorial, maintenance and gardening. Full time job would be 4 days a week with a maximum of 6 hours a day. That way more residents can have access to available jobs to support themselves.
