The Blunt Reality of Homelessness and Why Cities Are Failing - I agree that one size does not fit all but why do so many people choose to believe the worst sterotype? I could write a lot on this topic because I have life experiences to draw from. One thing I almost never hear mentioned is how much of the money assigned to this problem, actually reaches the homless? I think there is a lot of corruption going on, not enough oversite and too many rules with no room for innovation.
