Voting should not be handled by a private corporation. It should be set up with open source software where people can access it at their own convenience from any phone, computer etc. The voting file creates a receipt that contains a code that can only be read by the system. The voter prints out that receipt and mails that receipt into their precinct where it is counted again as a back up count to maintain the integrity of the vote. The paper count should match the computer count and since no one person controls either system it should make it verifiable and secure.
