Homeless sleeping pod Concept

if citizens decided to have one shelter in their front or back yard, tying a yellow ribbon on the old oak tree or front gate so the homeless know that the owner of the house has one emergency shelter to help stop the genocide. We could encourage the homeless to carry a red ribbon for them to display that they are occupying that shelter for the night. The evil that is controlling our world can be thwarted if people would work together to dream up and produce small steps that when each small step is taken together by thousands of people, it would force a change in the world. Of course, you would need to have a solution to how to handle the waste. Would churches and parks provide pot-o-potties or give them access to a bathroom? Individuals would need to come up with their own solutions. But any solution is better than no solution. In fact, I don't understand why they don't provide port-o-potties and trash pickup in areas that the homeless gather right now. That is if your not trying to create a hostile environment in the neighborhood so that no-one cares if these people are 'disappeared.
