[121] Nationwide Prison Strike August 21 - Slavery Never Ended

If we want to end slavery, pass laws that prisoners must be paid the exact same rates as those outside of prison. This would also stop the excessive incarceration for minor crimes and crimes that have no victim or does not harm others.
