Myron Dewey Update ~ Good morning 1

Why does it take a dozen men to take down and arrest one unarmed woman? Why were they tazing her after they were all on top of her and she was physically overwhelmed? What were the shots for? It sounded like they shot her twice as she was already laying subdued on the ground. What were they doing pulling all the guns out? Were they "planting" weapon?
