Excellent I think this is wonderful for the exact same reason that Obama vetoed it. If American citizens want to sleep through the awful things that our government is doing around the world, then if foreign citizens can hold our rogue government responsible for their atrocities, it might wake up some brainwashed, sleeping American citizens!
