The government tried to intimidate her and sabotage her character because she was notifying authorities that 9-11 was going to happen. She did not know how widespread the corruption was. Because she tried to warn people about 9-11 the government falsely accused her of corruption but they did not count on her fighting spirit. She refused to be intimidated and insisted on a trial.  Long story short they declared her incompetent for trial because they knew that she could prove her innocence and that she knew too much.
